CFA TOOLS

To use the Excel forms below you will need to:
  • Open and save the Excel document to your computer from the link below. Rename the document to include your name (this helps your dept rep when they summarize data.) 
  • Have your scantron Item Analysis form completed for each class. (This is done when class scantrons are put through the machine.)
 
Basic instructions:
  • Open the Excel CFA document that you saved.
  • Enter the values printed on your Item Analysis scantron into the RED column C.  (Algebra and Geo will have a separate columns for version A and version B.)
  • Repeat entering these values for each block using the tabs along the bottom to access each block's worksheet page.
  • Don't forget to "save" often.

Basic Instructions:
  • Choose the best "size" document for your department.  Leaving columns blank (having extra room for more teachers) will not alter the department information.
  • Open and SaveAs the Excel summary document below (rename for your department). 
  • Use a Teacher ID that will preserve anonymity at the head of the data columns.
  • Enter the "total" values from each teacher into the columns. This should come from each teacher's "Summary of Results" page.  Use the "total # correct" column NOT the percentage column (column that is second from the right on their summary page.)
  • Save, Save, Save
  • Call Amy Zigler x 106 if you have any difficulty.
